    Bon produit, recommandation 2fois/jours après massage ou exercice physique. Même si je fais l’entrainement 5/semaine, il est difficile de respecter 2fois/jour pour avoir un maximum de résultat?? Est-ce suffisamment le massage de quelques minutes en l’appliquant?
