8 TIPS TO PAMPER YOUR SKIN DURING WINTER

Winter puts the epidermis to the test. So here are our 8 tips to pamper your skin!

1. Nourish your face…

In the morning and during the evening, apply a more moisturizing and nourishing cream than usual on your entire face.

2. …And your whole body

Your body also suffers winter temperatures. Apply a moisturizing body cream after each shower or bath.

3. Don’t forget to wear sunscreen

It’s not because it’s now cold that UV rays are no longer there. Apply a UV filter cream for each of your outdoor activities.

4. Drink lots of water

You should drink at least a liter and a half of water daily, but if you can drink 2 liters, that’s even better!
